Subject: RE: COSBI benchmark site up and running

I don't know how to do any programming other than "programming for dummies" type stuff like visual basic ;-) So, though I couldn't contribute an algorithm for the suite, it would be absolutely fine by me if you want to publish my note. Sorry it's not more professional looking, but it was just something I was doing in my spare time for the lycos.ragingbull.com folks from the AMD message board.

As long as people know to take it for what it's worth - an unscientific sampling of a scientific test - it would be kind of cool (I'm actually trying to stress test the server that it's on, so it would be beneficial to me as well).

Thanks for the quick response, and I'm sorry to hear how things are going with THG. Best of luck with that and your other endeavors,

Matt

Matt,

Great! Fantastic. I am extremely interested in kicking off COSBI, but have not had the time. It is written in Delphi and if you'd ever like to contribute an algorithm to it that would be super (we would be sure to give you credit).

Mind if we publish your note?

Thanks again,

Van

Subject: COSBI benchmark site up and running

Hi, My name is Matt Norton, and because some of the people on the ragingbull AMD board (mostly stock investing) were running the COSBI test and posting their scores in the message board, I thought I'd put together a quick page for the board members to post their scores.

Just thought I'd let you know. Also, if you want me to take the site down because I have no connection with your site or the COSBI tests, just let me know and I'll be happy to do so.

If you're interested, you can check it out here: http://www.sirlizzard.com/cosbi

Cheers, and keep up the good work on your site,

Matt Norton
