I had a chance to examine a computer case from Computers Divine, Inc. (CDI), a company that specializes in customized cases for the serious enthusiast. I was impressed with their earnestness to produce a quality product, but I thought their cases were a little too noisy and complicated. I suggested that they equip their boxes with fewer but larger case fans. Roman Leal, President and CEO of the Texas based company, contacted me today saying:
It was actually due to your advice that we redesigned our whole line using the bigger, slower spinning fans you mentioned. We went with the 120mm Panaflo's and a whole new set up and sales are going crazy. Your a good man Van, and from CDI to you, once again, we say thanks.
Well that made me feel good. If you are interested in high-end custom computer cases you should take a look at what CDI is doing. The people there have a real passion for their business.
