We are selling our house which turns 4-years old this
month, although we have only lived in it for three-and-a-half of those years.
We've taken good care of the place and have upgraded many things. We've added
gutters, put in a deluxe front storm door, added a premium garage door
opener, ceiling fans, and a large wooden play-set with swings, fort and monkey
bars.
February 25, 2006 Update:
Because we must move soon, we are making our 3,288 square-foot home on an
oversized 120'x100' lot available for loan assumption. This will make the
cost of the house well under $158,000!
Located in the suburbs north of Austin, Texas, the neighborhood has many free conveniences (with low yearly HOA dues) like a swimming pool with full-time life guards, two lighted tennis courts, a volley ball court, park, a baseball field and more.
The interior of the house is in excellent condition as the following photographs demonstrate.
We have one of the largest yards in the neighborhood.

Again, we are pricing our house very aggressively because we must move soon.
